Many of our furniture and lampshade products are custom-made. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Our products are crafted using natural materials such as wood and fabric. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, and fabric patterns are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only.
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos of the issue.
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of materials.
Any warranty provided applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
