Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product delivered is significantly different from the item ordered.
To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, or natural material characteristics.
Minor differences in color due to screen displays or photography.
Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Change of mind after purchase.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
